Standard Program and Flexi Program Tuition Includes:

• Child care in kindergarten, according to the chosen type of attendance.
• Educational program in a bilingual environment (Czech and English).
• Entrance fees to cultural and educational events (e.g., St. Nicholas visit, Christmas party, garden party).
• Daily preschool preparation for preschoolers.
• In the preschool/older class, an additional 1,500 CZK per year for extra materials, aids, and entrance fees

Conditions for Enrollment for Discounted School Fees - Standard Program with Termination Notice Period:

• Discounted fees apply when a child is enrolled for the entire school year (until June 30).
• Fees are paid at the same monthly rate regardless of the number of days used per month.
• The school guarantees a place for the child and maintains the same fees throughout the school year.
• Parents/legal representatives must pay school fees on time for all months of the school year.
• Registration fee: 3,000 CZK per child.
• Sibling discount: 15% for the second child from the full-time program.
• An additional fee of 10% for enrollment of 1-3 months (waived if the child continues in the following school year).

Tuition Payment: Payable in advance by the 20th of the preceding month.

Paid to account number: 224 026 525/0300 at ČSOB, with the child's variable symbol indicated.

Tuition is not refunded for unused days.

Termination of Attendance (Notice Period)

• If a parent needs to end attendance before the end of the school year, a 2-month notice period applies. The notice period begins on the 1st day of the month following the date the written notice is received. The centre is entitled to the full tuition fee for the entire notice period, even if the child no longer attends.

Commitment When Using a Discounted Tuition Option - Standard Program Attendance

Parents or legal guardians who receive a discounted tuition rate—either by enrolling for the full school year or by committing to 1–5 months—agree to continue contributing to the centre's operating costs even if the centre must temporarily interrupt services for reasons outside the operator's control.

Refunds During Unforeseeable Service Interruptions

• If the centre must interrupt or stop services due to circumstances beyond its control (such as health and safety measures, quarantine, emergencies, natural disasters, or accidents) for more than 5 working days beyond the planned school‑year closures:

  • When services are not provided for 15 days or more, the client may request a 20% refund of the tuition fee.

  • When services are not provided for 6–10 working days, the client may request a 10% refund of the tuition fee.

  • The remaining portion of the tuition fee supports the continued essential operation of the centre.
